Outdoor Vendor Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Pinball Wizards Convention. The fleamarket will be fenced in to provide better security and more parking. The flea market is laid out in 20 X 20 foot spaces. Your truck and your merchandise must fit inside that space(that includes cabs, hitches, and open tailgates). The cart way must be kept open at all times.The cost will be $75 for each 20x20 ft. space for the three-day weekend show. One weekend entrance pass to the show is included in the $75 fee. A one-day discounted pass may be purchased for an additional worker,in advance only, with this registration for $10 (one pass per space).
You will have to buy multiple spaces if you vehicle and merchandise will not fit in the 20 ft. Please register for all the spaces you will need now. Measure your truck and trailer. You will not be able to add on to your space once you show up at the gate. All spaces sold out last year and we expect this year to be no different. There ae new guidelines for the flea market this year, please read the FAQs carefully.
